Slovenian Tadej Pogačar (27 years old) returns to racing, being at peak form after winning three victories at the Grand Tours in 2024 - Giro d'Italia, Tour de France, and the World Championship in road racing. Pogačar returns to participate in the UAE Tour after a two-month break in an attempt to win his third title. The seventh stage of the race starts from Zayeda and finishes in Liwa, covering a distance of 138 km. Pogačar, a member of the UAE team, won the competition in the third (2021) and fourth (2022) times, before skipping the last two due to health issues.
